Today we travelled from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo along Highway 1, called by many the most beautiful highway in America. This is a poor picture taken from the car. It is a tremendous route.

Barry's sister, Karen, was our host in San Luis Obispo. This shot is on the pier at Pismo Beach. Another beautiful day in California. One interesting note, Karen has tried out and made the developmental squad of the Salt Lake City basketball franchise of the Women's NBA. Barry says she's the best b-ball player in the family. Tomorrow we're going to play ball together.
